Alan handles all logistics for school trips to Orlando, including transportation by bus (or some prefer to fly), hotel accommodations, park tickets, daily itineraries and logistics, guidance on meals, and more. He shares valuable insider Disney tips to help groups maximize their time by minimizing wait times in the parks, and he works with your leaders to customize optional activities, such as a pizza party, a trip to the beach, a group meal with a private area to view the fireworks at EPCOT, or a trip to the Kennedy Space Center. Alan also assists with communication tools like Remind to keep all parties informed during every phase of the trip.

Performance & Clinic Options
Alan arranges a variety of performance and educational opportunities for school bands and choirs at Disney World and Universal Studios parks. Options at Disney include:

- concerts at Disney Springs, where crowds range from 40-400 people
- Main Street parades at Magic Kingdom that offer the thrill of performing for thousands
- Universal Studios also offers performance locations.
Parent and Family Travel Arrangements
Families have the option to book their own trips through Alan to visit Disney at the same time as the school group. Empty seats on buses can sometimes be used for additional family bookings. Future family trips booked through Alan also provide donations of $25-$100 back to the school music program.
