First — Please provide lunch.
For arranging and providing lunch, we pay you $10 per registered attendee, including staff, from all schools.
So, for example, if four schools came to your site, and they each brought 20 paying students and 3 non-paying staff, then there would be a need for 92 lunches, and we would make a donation of $920.
We can deduct that from your invoice, or make a separate donation to your program or booster group.
Second — your price. There’s a discount.
Your discount is based on the total number of paying participants who come to your site from all schools:
20-50 total paying participants: $5 discount per student for you.
51-90: $10 discount
91-120: $20 discount
(The price per student is $70 up to 19, and $60 per student if you register 20 or more.)
Two examples:
If you brought 10 students, they’d normally be $70 each or $700 total.
If 65 total students (from all schools) come, you’ll get a $10 discount per student, and pay $600 total.
Or, if you register 30 students. They’d normally be $60 each, or $1800 total.
If 100 total students attend, you’ll get a $20 discount, or $1200 total.
