Delivered by Alan Feirer, students will learn skills to address mindsets and improve communication to lead cooperation, strategic planning, and priority-setting. With each workshop, participants receive an interactive session with a professional trainer, entertaining anecdotes based on the dynamics of the group, and materials to reinforce the concepts learned.
A Group Dynamic Youth Leadership Workshop provides student leaders with the tools to grow as servant leaders and facilitate real change.

“We have seen so much improvement in our leadership over the last few years. We have done a better job getting the right students in the position, and they have really been buying into the system… The biggest change I have seen is students willing to put others ahead of themselves and seeing the position more as a servant leader than a boss. When they view themselves as helping the section and not controlling it, they have a much better attitude about it.”
